Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube – yes – you need to be on them – no – you don’t need to buy into some hipster bullshit on how to make a million friends overnight and try and game the system. These places are where your fans are – go meet them and be cool.
Social networks are how you connect with your fans and show them your world – they dig it – they’re interested. They want to hear about you – they want to interact with you. Remember though – you are different, you’re not a school friend or a work buddy – when you break you’re not going to have the same kind of time you have now and there’s nothing more pissed off than a jilted lover or a jilted Facebook friend.
Kilted Chaos will work with you so that you can develop a viable relationship with your fans and yet not have to spend 6 hours a day on the computer. We think this is desirable.
